1. While logged in with an instructor role, navigate to the course page where the certificate is located. The instructor view of a certificate page will show the list of enrolled students. Each student name has a corresponding Issue Certificate? checkbox. Enabling a student's Issue Certificate? checkbox displays a personalized certificate in the student view of the certificate page.
    Note: If a student is missing from your list, they did not yet access the module that contains the certificate. Once they access the module, their name will appear on the list.

  2. Enable the Issue Certificate? checkbox next to the student name being issued the certificate and then select the same student name from the Select a Student dropdown list to view the student certificate.

  3. A preview of the selected student's certificate will appear.

  4. To return to the previous view of the certificate issuing list, choose Select a Student from the dropdown list.
