Note: Due to the need to customize the print option to meet each customer's requirements, this feature is not available automatically. To request the print option for your organization's CourseArc installation, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
The print feature enables students, instructors, and content creators to print course content. An entire module or a range of pages within a module may be printed.
- From a course page in a module that needs to be printed, select the print button.
- An additional browser tab will open and the pages to be printed will be added to the new browser tab. The number of pages in the module affects the amount of time needed to add the pages to the new tab.
- Module pages will start to appear in the browser tab.
- Scroll down to review the pages that have been loaded in the tab.
- Scroll back to the first page of the module. Click Print Now to print the module.
Note: Embedded .zip file content and embedded iFrame content do not print as expected.
- Select the printer and adjust other print settings as needed. Click the Print button to print the module.
If offline access to content on a device such as a laptop is needed, modules can be saved as PDF files.
