The "Uh Oh" page, also known as the Learner Support Message, is a page that users will see when they try to access content in CourseArc without being logged in.
There are a few reasons that a user might see this message:
- They have copied and pasted a link to non-public course content and are trying to access it outside their LMS.
- The LTI is configured incorrectly in the LMS.
- The wrong link is being used in the LMS course for the CourseArc content.
The Learner Support Message can be customized.
