If you are having trouble with an LTI integration, CourseArc support may ask you to provide some diagnostic information and record the network activity associated with an LTI launch. If you are asked to do so, here are the steps to complete this:

  1. In Chrome, navigate to the LMS and locate the link to CourseArc content that you are troubleshooting. Do not launch it yet. 
  2. Right click > Inspect
  3. Click on the "Network" tab.

  4. Click the link to launch the CourseArc content.
  5. After the launch has completed, click the "Download" icon. Chrome with inspector tools open. Download button is at the end of the second row in the inspector.
  6. Save this file to your desktop or another location where you can easily find it.  Then, send the .har file to CourseArc support in your existing ticket.
