Course Files are a new feature of the File Manager. There are multiple ways to add and view files in the Course Files
- Automatically add files when uploading content in a course

Automatically add files when uploading content in a course
Any file that is uploaded when editing a page in a course will automatically be added to the Course Files to that course. When selecting a file to use in a course, the File Manager modal will initially automatically filter to the Course Files.
View Course Files in the Course File Manager
- Go to the course where you want to see the course files. Select Manage, then select Course Files.

- The list of files will appear. You can toggle between All Files / My Files to if you want to see all public files in a course or only the files you have uploaded.

Add files using the Course Files manager
- Go to the course where you want to see the course files. Select Manage, then select Course Files.

- Upload the file or files you would like to add to this particular Course Files list.

- The file will show in the Course Files list.

View Course Files in the File Manager
- From the Dashboard, click the Tools dropdown and select File Manager.

- In the File Manager, click on the In Course(s) dropdown. Select the Course Files you want to see.

- The files in the selected Course will display. To change between all files in a set and just the files you have uploaded, change the All Files / My Files toggle.

Add existing files to Course Files
- From the Dashboard, click the Tools dropdown and select File Manager.

- Select the file or files that you want to add to a Course File list.

- Select the button with the three dots.

- Select Courses.

- Select the Course or Courses from the list where you want to add the files and then Save. (Note that files can be added to more than one Course.)
