System Administrators and Course Administrators can delete course pages in any course.

Course Leaders and Editors can delete course pages for courses in which they are assigned.


If the location of the the page to be deleted is not known, the Search All option can help locate pages by name. Check out How do I use the Search All tool? for additional information.


  1. From the Dashboard, select View All Courses from the Courses pane.

  2. The All Courses view displays.

  3. Select the course that needs a page deleted.

  4. Select the course module that has the page to be deleted.

  5. In the Manage Module view, find the page to delete. Select the corresponding Action dropdown in the Manage column, and select Delete.
    Note: In this example, the Getting Started page is being deleted.

  6. Confirm the Getting Started page deletion by selecting the Yes button.

  7. The Getting Started page has been deleted from the Theory Informs Practice module.
