Course Leaders, Editors, Commenters, or Approvers assigned to a course may add a comment to that course.


Add noreply@notifications.coursearc.com as a contact in your email client to ensure that all comment notification emails are received.


  1. On the page that needs a comment, scroll down to the Post a Comment section.

  2. Enter a comment in the Post a Comment field.


  3. Users with an enabled checkbox will receive an email with the comment and a link to the commented page.
    Note: Course Leaders, Editors, Commenters, and Approvers assigned to the course will appear by default in the Who should be notified? with checkboxes enabled.

  4. Deselect any individuals that shouldn't be notified about the comment via email. 


  5. Click Submit to post the comment.

    The commenter has the option to edit, remove, or mark a comment as resolved

    A green circle with a checkmark indicates that a comment is resolved
