1. Open Firefox.
2. Click the Menu button and select Settings.
   
   
3. Click on Privacy & Security.
   
   
4. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section and click the Manage Exceptions... button.
   
   
5.  In the Address of website field, enter coursearc.com. Click the Allow button.
   Note: It may also be necessary to add the LMS domain name to Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data with Status set to Allow.
   
   
6. Click the Save Changes button.
   
   
7. Close Firefox and then relaunch it.
8. Firefox will now accept third-party cookies from CourseArc.
