- Open Firefox.
- Click the Menu button and select Settings.
- Click on Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section and click the Manage Exceptions... button.
- In the Address of website field, enter coursearc.com. Click the Allow button.
Note: It may also be necessary to add the LMS domain name to Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data with Status set to Allow.
- Click the Save Changes button.
- Close Firefox and then relaunch it.
- Firefox will now accept third-party cookies from CourseArc.
