Certificate Block Printing Tips

To get the best-looking printed certificate, adjust your print settings as follows:

Set the layout to Landscape.
Set margins to None (0").
Turn off headers and footers, such as URLs, page titles, and dates.
If the document has a blank, second page, set the Pages field to Custom > 1

The steps below use Google Chrome as an example.

Open the print dialog.
Set Layout to Landscape.
Select More settings.
Set Margins to None.

Save as a PDF

To save the certificate as a PDF instead of printing it, open the print dialog in Chrome and set Destination to Save as PDF.
