How do I enable the bookmarking and grading features?

CourseArc can track student progress, and courses can be configured to pass student scores to an LMS gradebook. To learn more, check out the Student Progress and Performance articles. 

The bookmarking feature provides visual cues to students to indicate which pages have been completed. Also, when launching a module from the Learning Management System (LMS), bookmarking returns the student to the last page visited.

Only a System Administrator can enable the Store/Track Student Information: setting.

1. From the Dashboard, click Settings and then select General Settings.
   
   

2. In the Store/Track Student Information: field, choose the first option if grades need to be passed back to an LMS or instructors need to use the Student Progress & Performance dashboard. This option enables the storage of student names and email addresses, passes grades back to the LMS, tracks page views, and bookmarks the last page visited.
   
   

3. Click Submit to save the settings.
