There are two types of glossaries in CourseArc—the global glossary and course glossaries.
There is only one global glossary per CourseArc installation. Only a System Administrator, Course Administrator, or Glossary Editor can edit the global glossary which serves as a resource for populating terms into course glossaries.
Each course can have a course glossary. Only a System Administrator, Course Administrator, Course Leader, Editor, or Approver can add terms to a course glossary by creating new terms or importing terms from the global glossary.
