When your course's grades area doesn't match the score you see at the bottom right corner of your course page or on the View Scores modal, you can sync your score to initiate a grade sync operation with the LMS.
Here are the steps to sync the score from the View Scores table (accessible from any module page via the More Information link).
- On any course page, select More Information in the lower right corner (underneath the learner Score arc).
- The View Scores table will display.
- Click the Sync Score button to initiate a grade passback to the LMS.
